MIRA does NOT collect:

- Device information, IMEI numbers, or unique device identifiers
- IP addresses or location tracking after report submission
- Contact lists, photos, or files from your device
- Browsing history or app usage patterns
- Any information that could identify you personally
What We Do Collect
MIRA only collects:
- Your location at the exact moment you submit a report (to dispatch the nearest response team)
- The content of your anonymous message or voice note
- The timestamp of your report
How Your Data is Used
The minimal information we collect is used solely for:
- Forwarding your report to the nearest intervention team
- Coordinating response to the reported location
- Statistical analysis to improve crime prevention efforts (anonymized data only)
Data Storage and Security
- All reports are stored securely with encryption
- Location data is only retained for 24 hours after report submission
- Message content is retained for 7 days for response coordination
- After retention periods, data is permanently deleted
- We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
Your Rights
Because we don't collect personal information, you maintain complete anonymity. However, you have the right to:
- Remain completely anonymous in all reports
- Uninstall the app at any time without leaving traces
- Request deletion of any report content (though this may impact response coordination)
Children's Privacy
MIRA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our app, please contact us.
